Nina is the creative and fabulous woman behind the fashion and lifestyle blog, Just a Chitown Girl. She’s also a brand developer, and like anyone with a professional online presence, she was in serious need of some great headshots.

It’s freezing outside, here in Chicago, so we opted to stay warm and shoot most of the session indoors, at Magnolia Bakery, on State Street. This worked out really well, because we were able to get comfortable and chat over a tea in between shots. We also had the fun of wrapping up the session with some outdoor portraits with the iconic “Chicago” sign in the background — perfect for a Chitown blogger like Nina.

Nina, it was so wonderful to meet you, and take your picture, girl! I hope to see you again sometime soon.
