Lisa and Adam are such fun-loving, and fashionable people. They had their session styled to a T, with adorable DIY touches, props, and three gorgeous outfit changes! We started the session at Molly’s Cupcakes, in Lincoln Park. The manager at Molly’s, Eileen Kerbel, actually won on Cupcake Wars so, needless to say, the cupcakes there are delectable! It is my number one guilty pleasure since moving to Chicago. The atmosphere is great too; it’s really youthful and upbeat, and it meshed perfectly with Lisa and Adam’s personalities.

We also stopped at the cute coffee shop Lincoln Perk, and then North Pond for a confetti throw. Originally, the session was supposed to be about an hour long, but we ended up trekking, and laughing, all over Lincoln Park and shooting for over three hours! Time really does fly when you’re having fun, but I think our feet were happy when we finally wrapped it up. 😉

Lisa has the most beautiful smile, and the absolute most infectious laugh. This next one is my favorite shot from the session, because it’s just so her.

It was such a pleasure to photograph these two — they were so relaxed and content with just having fun together, and that made for candid and honest pictures. Congrats to the beautiful couple! You two are so meant for each other.
